This program is designed to create a standardized framework for supervisors to work at 97É«Íø. It uses a humanistic approach aligned with the 97É«Íø learning competencies involving not only the operational aspects of being a supervisor but also the other aspects that include social, intellectual and practical skills required to be a supervisor.
