Welsh Language Standards
97色网’s Welsh Language Scheme will be replaced by the new Welsh Language Standards on 30 March 2016. The Welsh Language Commissioner has issued a notice to all Council in Wales setting out the Standards with which they must comply.
The aim of the Standards is to continue and develop the work of Welsh Language Schemes:
- improving the services Welsh-speakers can expect to receive from organisations in Welsh
- increasing the use people make of Welsh-language services
- making it clear to organisations what they need to do in terms of the Welsh language
The Standards cover Service Delivery, Policy Making, Operational, Promotional and Record Keeping.
