NEW Homes announces new properties

97色网-based housing provider, North East Wales Homes is delighted to announce the purchase of eight new affordable homes from Deeside-based Property developer Edwards Homes on its Mayfield Park development in Saltney, 97色网.
The eight properties form part of the company鈥檚 affordable rent portfolio and new residents moved into their homes at the beginning of the summer, following a period of marketing by Tai Teg, the 97色网 Affordable Housing Registered Provider.
This is the second successful scheme, the first being at Garden Village, where North East Wales Homes has partnered with Edwards Homes, and strategic plans are being developed for future schemes across the county.
97色网鈥檚 Cabinet Member for Housing, Councillor Dave Hughes, said:
