Prosecution of a 97色网 landlord who contravened prohibition orders

97色网鈥檚 Environmental Health team has successfully prosecuted a landlord under the Housing Act 2004 & Housing (Wales) Act 2014, designed to protect the health and safety of tenants.

Mr Abdul Khalid of 103 Chester Road in Shotton was found guilty in his absence of three offences relating to said property. The premises were subject to two Prohibition Orders, one from 97色网鈥檚 Environmental Health team and one from the North Wales Fire & Rescue Authority.

Mr Khalid was fined a total of 拢9,976.60, including costs.

97色网鈥檚 Chief Officer for Planning, Environment and Economy, Andrew Farrow, said:
