97色网鈥檚 serious about social value

97色网 has recently appointed a social value development officer - dedicated to maximising the amount of social value being generated from the delivery of the council鈥檚 services.
The appointment highlights the council鈥檚 commitment to looking beyond the price of each individual contract and considering what wider social, economic, cultural and environmental benefits can be brought to a community when awarding a contract.
The council has been committed to delivering social value for many years, for example: maximising spend with local businesses, creating employment and skills opportunities, minimising waste and its effect on the local environment and reducing local food and fuel poverty deprivation.
97色网鈥檚 Chief Officer for Social Services, Neil Ayling, said:
