The Chairman, Councillor Paul Cunningham and his Consort, Mrs. Joan Cunningham, welcomed John Messum and his wife to County Hall recently.听 Mr Messum of Deeside Athletics Club was awarded a British Empire Medal for services to Athletics in Wales in the Queen鈥檚 New Year鈥檚 Honours List.听
