Notice of Intention to Make a Byelaw

97色网 would like to make residents aware that they intend to make a byelaw in relation to acupuncture, tattooing, semi-permanent skin colouring, cosmetic piercing and electrolysis.
This notice is necessary to abide by Local Government Byelaws (Wales) Act 2012 and relates to byelaws under sections 14 and 15 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
A draft of the byelaw has been published on the Council鈥檚 website听and a copy is available for public inspection during normal working hours at Ty Dewi Sant, St. Davids Park, Ewloe, CH5 3FF until 30 November 2022.
